- Previous automotive internet sales or automotive sales management experience required
- Proven success leading a sales or Business Development Center (BDC) team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience using dealership CRM systems and internet lead management tools
- Ability to analyze sales reports and performance metrics
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational and time management skills

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
