The ICAN-B Clinic Integrity Director enjoys stable, full-time hours while supporting clinic-based teams and supervising a super small (2-3 clients) individual caseload (with mid-tier support). ICAN-B clinics each have 2-3 administrative teammates to support operations and collaborate with their Clinical Integrity Director. This full-time position offers benefits at 30 weekly hours of work (including nonbillable hours) and provides regular access to support from upper management.

ICAN-B provides ABA and social skills services in-home, school-based, and clinic-based services to families in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. ICAN-B and its mascot, Ziggy, also have their own YouTube channel with music videos for kids, video models of different skills for children, and educational content for caregivers.
ICAN-B’s Clinical Integrity Director position is a great opportunity for an individual who is:

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating across clinical teams to support center functions and clinical programs
- Working with Center Manager (administrator) to coordinate client and staff events
- Providing information, orientations, and trainings to clinic clients’ caregivers and families, in collaboration with the Center Manager and Regional Director
- Providing input towards clinic policies and procedures
- Providing oversight and mentorship to clinic staff and coordination across their clinical teams
- Providing assessments, clinical programs, caregiver training, and ongoing supervision for small individual caseload
- Conducting or assisting with FBAs for possible center-based clients

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification for 3-5+ years, in good standing with the BACB
- Experience providing supervision to behavior technicians and supervised fieldwork to candidates working towards their BCBA
- Experience conducting culturally-responsive, individualized, and effective caregiver training and support
- Previous upper management experience at an ABA organization preferred, but not required!
- Spanish Speaking is a plus!
