ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic with the vision of a commitment to the best hope and future for children and families affected by autism around the world. We are located in the city of Bellevue, Washington and serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Mental Health Therapists, and more. In our years of operation, we have provided services to over 2,200 families all while maintaining no waitlists for services to meet the need of our community. Join our team as a Behavior Technician! No formal experience required – we will provide the training! Full-time positions available.
School Hours: 8:15AM-3PM Monday - Friday
Start Monday, August 17th
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This position is ideal for something that loves working with kids, is looking for a rewarding career, and wants to make a difference!
Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Also must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Some travel may be required for this position. Additionally, must be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support

As School Based Behavior Technician, you will work with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a school-based BCBA and other school-based behavior technicians as a part of the Offsite Team. In this role you will get to collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support your client.
