Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must be able to properly cost and resource load schedules.
- Must be able to see a project through from start to finish and recognize when assistance is required from others in the department.
- Must be a team-player and work with others as necessary. Strong interpersonal skills to deal with scheduling and project staff and/or client.
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Must be able to learn Company project management systems.
- Work with cost controls to ensure cost loaded schedules balance.
- Prepare monthly invoice requirements as contractually required.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must have a working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project
- At least five (5) years of relevant scheduling experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in terms of project size and sophistication
- Project scheduling experience covering development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating and analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.
- Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience scheduling in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other normal business applications Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
