Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Prepare materials and supplies for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding warehouse needs.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Use warehouse tools, equipment, phones, tablets, and related systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or operations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Professional, respectful, and safety-focused attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and lift throughout the workday.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Work on-site in warehouse and operational environments.
• Maintain dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
• Overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends may be required.
