Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Baldwin Park, CA facility on a full-time basis. This onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately
- Organize stock locations and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling
- Organize warehouse space and maintain daily cleanliness
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment; operate forklifts following completion of company-provided training and certification if required
- Abide by all company safety policies
- Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification preferred; training and certification provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills
- Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or associate's degree
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Employment Type and Benefits
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Benefits include:
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
- 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days
- Paid Sick Time on an accrual basis in accordance with company policy
- Paid Vacation on an accrual basis, beginning after 90 days of employment, in accordance with company policy
