Summary
The Coordinator - Continuing Education is primarily responsible for coordinating open enrollment community workshops and community enrichment programs for Corporate & Community Education.
Compensation for the Coordinator - Continuing Education is $45,240.00 to $52,041.60 annually.

Essential Functions

- Partner with subject matter experts to provide a robust array of open enrollment community education courses
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of comprehensive youth programming and educational summer camps
- Actively research and assess local community interests to align course offerings with market demand and community need.
- Support the expansion of online training platforms and distance-learning options to meet the evolving preferences of non-traditional learners.
- Collaborate with Marketing Services to drive enrollment through the strategic production of printed course catalogs, digital assets, and press releases.
- Execute promotional initiatives across social media platforms and other community outreach channels to increase program visibility.
- Manage and maintain programming data within the student registration system, ensuring accuracy in course details, schedules, and logistics.
- Track, analyze, and report on enrollment trends, course outcomes, and performance metrics to guide future programming decisions.
- Oversee core administrative functions, including database maintenance, web page updates, and providing first-tier technical troubleshooting for department equipment and classroom electronics.
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate high-quality facilitators and workshop presenters to ensure exceptional instructional standards.
- Assist Dean and Manager of Corporate and Community Education to develop and monitor annual program plan and budget, including revenue projections and expenditures.
- Perform related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- One (1) years of experience in program coordination, training, or directly related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multi-taking skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Experience in higher education.
- Experience working in registration systems.
- Experience developing schedules for community coursework.
- Certified in one or more Microsoft Office Specialist Certifications.
