We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. In this position, you’ll drive company vans and box trucks, make reliable deliveries to customers, and support shop operations with loading, unloading, and general assistance as needed.
At Impact Fab, you’ll join a team that values respect, safety, reliability, and doing great work together. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering on time, supporting teammates, and representing the company well.
What You'll Do
- Operate company vans and box trucks to transport materials, parts, and finished goods
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers, vendors, and between facilities
- Properly load, secure, and distribute cargo to prevent shifting, damage, or safety risks during transport
- Inspect loads before departure to confirm they are safely secured and compliant with company safety standards
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed, ensuring safe handling practices
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles
- Practice safe and defensive driving at all times, including:
- Obeying all traffic laws and posted speed limits
- Avoiding distracted driving (e.g., phone use) while operating a vehicle
- Immediately reporting accidents, near misses, or vehicle issues
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Occasionally assist with truck and trailer transport (limited and as needed)
What We're Looking For
- Valid Chauffeur’s License required; Class B CDL is a plus
- Clean driving record
- Previous delivery driving, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as needed
- Strong reliability, time management, and safety awareness
