Summary

As an ITAD Production Manager in our Saint Cloud, MN location, will oversee operations of the ITAD department ensuring policies and procedures are followed by overseeing employees in an industrial environment. This position implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions and follows the health and safety plan. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean work environment
• Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
• Oversees the ITAD Shipping & Receiving personnel
• Oversees the ITAD Technicians
• Overseas the ITAD Warehouse personnel
• Assures that product flows through ITAD from receiving to shipping on set deadlines
• Assures that the technicians meet their daily production goals
• Assures that the shipping dept hits their daily package goals
• Leads morning huddles to cover the days tasks and goals
• Implementation and tracking the warehouse locations
• Assures inventory accuracy is always at 100%
• Daily communication with the ITAD Sales Team
• Works with the ITAD Sales Team to identify if there are production changes need to process any urgent equipment
• Perform forklift duties as needed

Regular, predictable attendance

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required; Post-Secondary education is a plus!
• Minimum 1+ years of supervisory and/or plant management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack and heavy equipment.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office products.
• Attention to detail.
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to hit deadlines in a high energy fast paced environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
