Inter-Co Division 10, a leading Division 10 specialty contractor in North America, is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Division 10 Installer to join our subcontractor network. This role specializes in the installation of specialty building accessories on commercial construction projects, including educational, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
Scope of Work
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of:
Toilet partitions
Washroom accessories
Visual display boards (markerboards, tackboards, etc.)
Fire protection equipment (fire extinguisher cabinets and fire extinguishers)
Wall protection systems
Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial carpentry, finish work, or Division 10 installation preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and own hand tools
Ability to work on active commercial construction sites and follow all job site safety protocols
Willingness to work collaboratively with general contractors and project teams
Training
We are willing to train the right individual. Candidates with strong carpentry fundamentals and a solid work ethic, but limited Division 10-specific experience, are encouraged to apply.
Contract Details
This is a subcontract position. Compensation will be discussed based on scope, project location, and experience.
