Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for Seasonal Customer Service Agents to join our team and Share the Power of a Smile!

Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years.
By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries with warmth, efficiency, and a can-do attitude. Embrace the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills as you navigate our company software and creatively resolve customer issues. Your role isn't just about answering inquiries; it's about crafting positive interactions, building lasting relationships, and championing our commitment to excellence. With every interaction, you'll be shaping unforgettable moments for our customers and contributing to the success of our team.

Season starts in August and ends near early December with opportunities to return in future seasons. This opportunity can be 40 hours, however there is also schedule flexibility and hybrid opportunity after completion of training.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Openings for Bi-Lingual with Spanish.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to customers through chat, email, or by phone.
• Strong ability to creatively problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrated capacity to build quick relationships with customers through creative interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
