Position Overview
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain logistics to meet global market demands.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to execute operational plans effectively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Manage risk factors affecting the supply chain, such as geopolitical issues, regulatory compliance, and supplier disruptions.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance supply chain visibility, agility, and resilience.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of global demand and supply chain operations.
General Responsibilities

- Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.

Qualifications:
The Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) preferred.

- Deep understanding of demand forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization techniques, and supply chain best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
