What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality copper wire products while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
- Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in producing quality work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing role
- Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Available Shifts
Currently hiring for:
Third Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Compensation
- $29.50 - $31.50 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours worked
- Annual performance-based wage increases
