Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of kitchen, bath, and closet installation projects from initial planning through final completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential or commercial installations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of kitchen, bath, and closet installation projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
- Conduct field measurements of kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and other project spaces to ensure accurate dimensions for design, ordering, and installation.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess job-site readiness, verify measurements, and identify potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate closely with clients, designers, installers, and vendors to align expectations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings and installation plans; CAD knowledge is a plus.
- Schedule and supervise installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation of activities, timelines, changes, and communications using project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products to job sites.
- Review and approve vendor and contractor invoices related to installation services and materials.
- Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and ensure adherence to established cost targets.
- Maintain a high level of client communication throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing concerns and handling escalated issues.
- Ensure all installations comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience managing installation or construction-related projects, preferably in kitchen, bath, or closet systems.
- Experience taking accurate field measurements and verifying site dimensions for cabinetry, closets, and interior installations.
- Strong understanding of installation processes, materials, and sequencing.
- Experience working with installers, subcontractors, vendors, and designers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Budget tracking and cost-control experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to travel regularly to job sites, including residential and commercial construction environments.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs or ladders as needed during site visits and inspections.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds occasionally, including samples, tools, or materials.
· Ability to work in active construction areas with exposure to noise, dust, uneven surfaces, and varying weather conditions.
