About IV Nutrition

IV Nutrition's mission is to empower people to take control of their health through personalized, medical-grade wellness care. Our clinics deliver vitamin, mineral, and nutrient IV drips and injections that help clients improve hydration, energy, immunity, and recovery — making advanced wellness clear, accessible, and results-driven. We're looking for an IV Infusion Technician to join our Corte Madera clinic — someone who is confident with a needle, genuinely warm with clients, and takes real pride in delivering a safe, high-quality experience every time.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the heart of what we do. You'll be starting IVs, administering injections, supporting daily clinic operations, and making sure every client feels cared for from the moment they walk in.

It's also a role with a clear path forward. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position.

Deliver Safe, High-Quality Clinical Care

• Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently, monitoring clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
• Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

• Create a welcoming, professional environment and build genuine rapport with every client
• Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits with clarity and enthusiasm
• Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly

• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
• Track, restock, and organize inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all clinical areas
• Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency

Show Up as a Team Player

• Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director to support daily priorities and team goals
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and assist with training and onboarding as needed
• Take initiative, bring accountability, and look for ways to go beyond the basics of the role

Licensure & Certifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
• IV Therapy Certification — required
• CPR/BLS certification — required

Experience

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

Skills & Attributes

• Strong IV and injection skills with a calm, confident bedside manner
• A warm communicator who builds trust quickly and handles pressure with professionalism
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine

• Part-time position with clinic-based schedule
• 8–10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays as needed
• Hourly pay: $50-55/hour + tips + commissions
• Performance-based pay increase after 90 days
• Clear path to Assistant Clinic Director based on performance

You'll be starting IVs and caring for clients all day — in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where consistency, skill, and genuine warmth matter. Clients will vary. Some will be nervous first-timers. Some will be regulars who know exactly what they want. Your job is to make every single one of them feel like they're in good hands.
