Assist Wholesale Account Manager with internal conditions and tasks on approved loans. Order required verifications as outlined in thelender policies & procedures such as 4506T, VOE, VOD and SS validations.
Complete Appraisal uploads to loan file. Complete all file contacts to run LDP/GSA on each loan file. Additional data comparison and input on loan files
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries on loan conditions and/or documentation requested for approval or funding
Cross-train on other operational functions as back up support
Perform other duties and special projects as required
Essential Job Skills
Maintain working knowledge of all loan programs to ensure loans conform with program requirements through the loan process and to able to answer questions as needed
Working knowledge of lending compliance and regulations
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Clear understanding of the implications of customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently, handle detail and maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of different loan types (e.g. conventional, Purchases, VA, IRRRL, FHA, NON QM)
Compensation: $20-25/ per hour
