Vice President of Finance | Strategic Executive Leadership Opportunity
Indianapolis, Indiana
Drive Strategy. Build Value. Lead Growth.
Jack Laurie Group is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Finance to become one of the key executive leaders helping shape the future of our company.
This is more than a traditional finance or accounting leadership role.
We're looking for a strategic financial executive who will partner directly with ownership, the President, and our Board of Directors to help drive company strategy, improve profitability, strengthen financial performance, and maximize the long-term enterprise value of the business.
Just as importantly, we're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with the team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with operations, solving problems, improving processes, coaching people, and helping the business win—not simply reviewing financial statements from behind a desk.
While this leader will oversee all accounting and finance operations, their greatest impact will come from helping shape where the company is going—not simply reporting where it has been.
The ideal candidate has experience leading finance within a growing organization and understands project-based businesses such as construction, specialty contracting, manufacturing, industrial services, or similar environments. More importantly, they possess the strategic mindset, leadership ability, and business acumen to influence decisions at every level of the organization.
