Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep side areas properly stocked
- Knowledge of the menu items/service items
- Proper handling and sanitary procedures of food
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- To assist in other areas on an as needed basis
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a tray up to 25 lbs.
- Must be literate and fluent in English
- Knowledge of InfoGenesis computer program a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1 year experience as a server in a high-volume food and beverage department
- Obtain and maintain current TIPS certification
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
