Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Motorsports Salesperson with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling Polaris and Kawasaki machines and products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through product expertise and a passion for motorsports.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Polaris and Kawasaki machines, parts, and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Polaris and Kawasaki products, including features, specifications, and performance benefits.
• Conduct test rides (where applicable) and showcase product capabilities to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales terms, finalize transactions, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorsports industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Assist with showroom setup, inventory management, and promotional events to drive customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in motorsports, automotive, or a related retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of Polaris and Kawasaki products or a willingness to quickly learn their features and benefits.
• Passion for motorsports and familiarity with powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and customer records.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorsports vehicles (if required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or motorsports is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
• Background in motorsports or recreational vehicle industries.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations or explain technical specifications to customers.

Workdays:

• 5 day work week. Your day off will be Sunday and another day during the week. Saturday is a mandatory work day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
