Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week)
About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team
About You
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
