- Maintain, update, and enforce full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across 100+ retail locations in multiple states.
- Serve as the hands-on administrator for the company's HRIS and payroll infrastructure via ADP, ensuring seamless multi-state payroll tracking, tax allocations, and data integrity.
- Lead objective investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or grievances; partner with regional and store managers to administer progressive discipline, PIPs, and compliant terminations.
- Administer corporate and field employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, open enrollment, and PTO policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with applicable laws and company standards.
- Partner with store and regional leadership to support onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Provide HR availability and on-call response during peak weekend retail hours to address urgent field incidents or employee relations matters
