- Conduct staffing interviews, assist with hiring decisions, and support team management initiatives including shift scheduling.
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.
- Uphold food safety regulations through regular training on food safety management systems and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential.
