About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and possesses excellent organizational skills. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations. Your bilingual ability will ensure clear communication with diverse clients and visitors, enhancing our commitment to exceptional customer service. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop valuable administrative and office management skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly, providing professional and courteous assistance upon arrival
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and promptly
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
• Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
• Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
• Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, maintaining files, and updating databases
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries professionally and offering helpful information in both English and Spanish (or other languages as applicable)

Qualifications

• Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and office management tools
• Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and professional appearance
• Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain accuracy in proofreading and data entry tasks
