- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for warehouse staff covering safety, equipment operation, pick/pack procedures, and inventory processes
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members; foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Track and report key warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, fill rates, on-time shipments, and inventory shrinkage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment; enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Evaluate and implement warehouse management systems (WMS) or process improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, with exposure to both retail and direct-to-consumer (e-commerce) fulfillment operations
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management practices including cycle counting, shrinkage control, and stock reconciliation
- Proven track record of training and developing warehouse staff at various skill levels
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification; experience operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-floor management style
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-channel fulfillment platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, EDI retail compliance, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience managing seasonal volume fluctuations and peak fulfillment periods
