- Support timely order processing to meet service-level expectations and patient delivery timelines.
- Report low stock levels, shortages, and supply concerns to leadership.
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including applicable Ohio Board of Pharmacy rules and company quality standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Participate in required training and continuing education to remain compliant and up to date with pharmacy operations.
Licensure: Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as either a Registered Technician or a Certified Technician
Certification: PTCB certification preferred
Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy fulfillment, mail order pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or high-volume prescription processing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling and documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
- Knowledge of prescription workflows, labeling standards, and pharmacy best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
