Shift: Monday - Friday - 3:30 p.m. - Midnight (rotating Saturday)
Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.
Job Purpose:
As a Service Technician, you will embody our company's values by performing routine maintenance, assisting in vehicle repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
- Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate assessments of maintenance needs.
- Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards, adhering to regulatory obligations.
- Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, or parts, showcasing innovative problem-solving skills and techniques.
- Evaluates service and parts options to contain costs, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions.
- Controls corrosion and completes winterization procedures to prolong the lifespan of vehicles and ensure responsible use of resources.
Create Positive Experiences:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a diplomatic and courteous manner in all dealings with customers and fellow employees.
- Assist in the repair of customer vehicles, lease units, and company inventory, contributing to a positive service experience for our customers.
- Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs, facilitating transparency and accountability in customer interactions.

- Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by staying updated on regulations and standards through ongoing education and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
