Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of collision body repair, including structural and non-structural repairs.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels.
- Measure and restore vehicles to OEM specifications.
- Complete metal finishing, panel alignment, and fit and finish work.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and mechanical technicians to ensure complete, safe repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician in a collision repair shop.
- Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and industry standards.
- Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage repair time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license required.
- I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
