This position operates the phone system, greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate contact, and provides administrative support to staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administrative
- Assist Head Start Assistant Directors with projects as requested
- Responsible for daily mail duties including collection and distribution to all delivered mail and message's.

Receptionist
- Receive and distribute all incoming calls and messages.
- Greet Visitors and direct to appropriate contacts

Data Entry
- Enter paperwork following appropriate data entry procedures

Translate
- Translate various documents as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills with applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
Preferred
- Two years of experience in office setting
