IN-OFFICE TEAM OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a results-driven business sales development representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. If you are located in or near the Suwannee and Cumming, GA area please apply for either full-time or part-time. You will get continuous training, room for advancement, and an opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team of insurance agents. You can earn upwards of 50k+ when you hit your goals with a base PLUS UNCAPPED commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell insurance products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Be a part of a group under a Fortune 40 conglomerate
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Provide quotes for customers
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• MUST be able to pass all licensing requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
