- People Management – Lead a team of leaders and technicians responsible for quality and food safety in a 24/7 operation. Develop, inspire, and energize the team to deliver high performance and strong self‑accountability through effective people leadership and influence.
- Audits – Maintain high internal and external standards, and lead the coordination, preparation, and corrective action management for annual internal & external audits including regulatory inspections.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma required; Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Engineering preferred with 7 or more years’ related work experience in quality, food safety, or continuous improvement role
- HACCP & PCQI certified
- Frequently demonstrated quality & food safety sanitation experience in a RTE manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations, GMP and Food Safety standards in accordance with the FDA
- Strong auditing and assessment skills
- Strong technical and software knowledge
- People and process leadership/management experience
- FSSC 22000 Certification
The annual salary range is $154,890 - $172,100, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
