What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair Chevrolet, GM, and other make vehicles while delivering repairs that meet the highest standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, digital multi-point inspections, and customer video inspections that clearly explain vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using factory diagnostic equipment and service information.
• Complete maintenance and repairs according to GM and dealership quality standards.
• Perform warranty and customer pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Document repair orders thoroughly, including accurate technician notes, inspection findings, and repair recommendations.
• Create professional, informative vehicle inspection videos that build customer confidence through transparency and education.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure customers receive clear communication regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking team members who are dependable, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality work.

Qualifications include:

• Previous automotive repair experience (dealership experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• GM or Chevrolet experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Equipped with on standard automotive tools and tool storage
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
