What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the connection between real estate opportunities and investors by:
Confidently negotiating property terms and pricing
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
Monitoring daily KPIs to track and improve performance
Working closely with a driven, results-focused team
Meeting buyers face-to-face
Networking in person to expand and strengthen your connections
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Job Requirements:
Previous sales experience
Comfortable using basic computer software and applications
Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused attitude
Competitive drive and desire to succeed
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Pay Structure:
