- Knowledge of Minimum Standards
- Childcare experience
- Tech Savy
- Must have a valid DL
- Have a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Possess strong phone skills
- Have a professional and clean appearance
- Have superior customer service skills
- Team player with flexibility to work throughout the entire school as needed
- Absolutely love working with children and parents
Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include assisting with childcare operations
- Perform all the tasks required to stay in compliance with Texas licensing regulations.
- Some general responsibilities include: ensuring the health and safety of children, the educational program, and parent-child relations/customer service.
- Function as a substitute for an absent teacher when no other substitute can be found.
- Assist teachers in the classroom when necessary.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks requiring Microsoft Office skills.
- Have the ability to tour potential clients and actively promote and sell the school program
- Computer skills for general data entry and document creation.
- Social media skills
- Drive a small bus
