Kill Crew is looking for a Brand Creative Director to own the visual identity of our brand.

This isn’t a social media manager or graphic design position. We’re looking for someone with exceptional creative instincts who can take an idea and turn it into content that people can’t stop looking at.

You’ll work directly with the founder to plan and execute product launches, campaign shoots, social media content, paid advertising creative, email campaigns, and everything in between. If it’s customer-facing, you’ll have a hand in making sure it looks world-class.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye and understands what separates average content from premium content. You should be comfortable building mood boards, styling models, directing shoots, operating a professional camera when needed, editing photos, reviewing video edits, and making creative decisions that strengthen the Kill Crew brand.

You’ll also be responsible for sourcing and hiring photographers, videographers, models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, studios, and other creative talent. On shoot days, you’ll lead the production and ensure every detail is executed at a high level—from the location and lighting to the styling and final shots.

Outside of photoshoots, you’ll help develop creative concepts for product launches, oversee the visual direction of our social media, website, email marketing, and advertising, while constantly bringing fresh ideas that push the brand forward. We’re looking for someone who naturally notices details, stays on top of trends, and genuinely cares about creating content that stands out.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong creative eye for fashion, branding, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience directing lifestyle, fashion, or product photoshoots.
• Comfortable using professional cameras and creating high-quality content.
• Experience editing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop (video editing experience is a plus).
• Experience hiring and managing photographers, videographers, models, and other creatives.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership without constant direction.
• Experience working with an apparel or direct-to-consumer brand is strongly preferred.

Pay: $80,322.77 - $140,012.37 per year
