As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll do more than provide excellent service—you'll help customers protect what matters most while growing your own career. In this role, you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend coverage options that fit their lifestyle and budget.

What You'll Do Day to Day
- Welcome customers into the office and create a positive, professional experience from the moment they walk in.
- Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to provide insurance products and services that meet their needs.
- Educate customers on coverage options, deductibles, and policy benefits in both English and Spanish.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding renewals, payment reminders, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, including marketing calls, cold calls, and promotional campaigns.
- Receive incoming calls from customers and insurance carriers and provide exceptional service and support.
- Process transactions such as adding drivers, updating vehicle information, adjusting coverage, and documenting account changes.
- Participate in community marketing efforts by visiting local businesses and distributing promotional materials.
- Handle cash, process payments, and make bank deposits.
- Open and close the office as needed.
- Work at any office within the assigned region.
- Obtain required licenses and certifications related to the insurance industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in retail, insurance, banking, wireless, or other customer-facing industries.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- An active insurance license is a plus, but not required—we'll help the right candidate get licensed.
