Do you have experience operating screen printing equipment in a manufacturing environment?
Labelmaster is looking for a Screen Printing Press Operator to produce high-quality printed products used in hazardous materials compliance and industrial labeling.
If you have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing presses while producing consistent, high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
We are an established and growing company that takes the complexity out of shipping Dangerous Goods (Hazmat), making the world a safer place.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate industrial screen printing presses
- Install and align screens
- Register materials and adjust press settings
- Operate Carousel and hand-fed Tempo presses
- Monitor print quality throughout production
- Perform quality inspections
- Troubleshoot minor press issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and press cleanup
- Read production job tickets and specifications
- Meet production, quality, and waste goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years operating screen printing presses in manufacturing
- Experience performing press setups and changeovers
- Experience with screen registration
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Quality inspection experience
- Ability to read production work orders
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Carousel press experience
- Tempo press experience
- Printing on metal or industrial materials
- Manufacturing production experience
- Basic computer skills
- Preventative maintenance experience
