Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management will lead the strategy and execution of how Lafayette attracts exceptional talent, builds leadership pipelines, strengthens employee engagement, and prepares the organization for its next stage of growth.

You will build and continuously strengthen Lafayette Federal's talent acquisition strategy by:

You will lead the evolution of Lafayette Federal's talent management practices, including:
- Workforce planning
- Performance management

You will help ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles today while preparing the next generation of leaders for tomorrow.
Organizational Partnership
Success in this role requires strong collaboration across the organization.

You will work alongside:
- The Vice President of HR Operations to align talent strategies with compensation, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.

- Leaders throughout the Credit Union to strengthen workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership readiness.
