What You’ll Do
- Greet marina guests and assist with boating-related services and requests.
- Pump motor fuel for boats in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collect, process, and record cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist slip renters with boat launching, docking, and re-trailering.
- Provide light assistance with boat cleaning and basic maintenance needs.
- Clean and maintain marina facilities, including bathrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of marina grounds, including trash removal and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Ensure marina patio furniture is clean, organized, and properly arranged.
- Monitor marina appearance and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Support marina operations as assigned by the Marina Manager or Supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous boating, marina, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.
- Basic cash handling and accuracy with transactions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Comfort working around water, boats, and outdoor equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible daytime schedules including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for long periods.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment or supplies.
- Ability to work near and around water safely.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat, sun, wind, and rain.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks.

- Outdoor marina and waterfront environment.
- Frequent guest interaction in a fast-paced seasonal setting.
- Exposure to boats, fuel, water, and marina equipment.
