- Prepare and distribute daily driver manifests and route information.
- Shared rotation of weekend on-call duty.
- Associate degree, Technical College training, or minimum of 2 years of office experience in a transportation setting.
- Strong computer skills with daily use of Microsoft Office and data entry programs.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, fax, copiers, calculators).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to train and qualify as a School Bus Driver (obtain a CDL with required endorsements) to provide operational support as needed.
