Job Summary:
The Arts and Sciences Divisional Project Coordinator will provide direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and successful completion of divisional and interdivisional projects. As a member of the Arts and Sciences Leadership Team, this position reports directly to the Dean of Arts & Science relative to the development and management of all tasks related to strategic planning and continuous improvement. A primary responsibility is to provide coordination and guidance to divisional staff and faculty and foster cross-departmental collaboration to advance divisional initiatives. Such initiatives include but are not limited to program improvement, student retention, program promotion, communication, divisional Standard Operating Procedures, and events. The position requires interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across the institution and with division and college leadership. The Divisional Project Coordinator position will ensure the steady workflow of all project aspects such as development, planning, budget oversight, marketing, and close out reporting for the Arts & Science Division.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from regionally accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience leading projects or committees including across divisions, departments, or multiple areas.
Demonstrated experience creating accessible instructional and administrative material.
Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite and computer technology skills.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities.
Experience providing training on document accessibility.
Knowledge and experience with Banner (student and employee), D2L, and Argos.
