- Track authorization status and follow up on pending requests
- Review documentation for completeness prior to submission
- Communicate approvals, denials, and updates to intake and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate records in EMR systems and payer portals
- Promote a Friendly, Positive, and Excellence-Focused environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
- 1+ year of authorization or healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of Home Health/Hospice and insurance plans (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial) preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move about
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Monday - Friday
