Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a sales and leasing consultant for our busy Sales Department.

No automotive experience is required—we'll train the right person.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Work internet, phone, and showroom traffic daily
• Build relationships and create a high-level ownership experience
• Maintain strong CRM organization and follow-up discipline
• Guide customers in selecting the Volkswagen ride that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Generate repeat and referral business through professionalism and consistency

What We Offer

• $60,000 – $150,000 annual earning potential
• Highly competitive commission structure

Compensation Structure

• 30% commission structure
• $200 minimum commission per unit
• Up to $4,000+ earning opportunity per sale
• $500 retroactive minimum commission at 10 units sold

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
