In this role, you’ll provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, support families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help those we serve achieve independence, growth, and well-being. Location: Brewster, MA
Compensation: $57,065– $61,766 per year (based on experience and degree)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Experience? No Problem! We welcome clinicians who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and provide exceptional care. You’ll receive comprehensive support and training from a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to students and adults as outlined in their IEP/ISP
- Conduct family therapy sessions and facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
- Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses and other required documentation
- Facilitate time-limited therapeutic groups
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Assist with direct care when necessary
- Attend clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field required
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field preferred
- Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy
- Experience working with state agencies preferred
- Generous 5 weeks of Paid Time Of
