Provide administrative support to the Director of Purchasing and Purchasing Agents, provide backup administrative support to other departments as needed.

Write and issue purchase orders through CMiC and DocuSign, for each Purchasing Agent.
Follow up with unsigned base purchase orders.
Provide phone back up for Purchasing Agents.
Provide backup coverage for other departments as needed.
Perform all other duties as necessary.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Computer literate. Knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams is essential. Knowledge of CMiC is helpful.
Enthusiastic, personable, and energetic.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Accurate typing skills.
Salary range:
- $52,000-$60,000
- Eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
