We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both electrical work/HVAC systems, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Test systems and ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams
Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician (either experience accepted)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems/electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
- Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dispatch support (less admin, more earning)
- No micromanagement – we trust skilled techs
- High earning potential with bonus structure

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
