- Follow SOPs governing material handling in our FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 certified facility.

Teamwork and Coordination
- Communicate receipt status and material availability to Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and Production.
- Partner with Incoming Inspection to prioritize urgent materials for production.
- Pitch in on shipping, kitting, and other warehouse functions during peak periods.
Safety

- Hands-on experience processing receipts and transactions in an ERP or WMS system.
- Strong attention to detail verifying part numbers, quantities, lots, and documentation.
- Solid computer skills, including transaction entry, email, and basic Excel.
- High school diploma or GED.
Mindset and Impact
- You follow written procedures precisely and understand why documentation matters in a regulated industry.
- You stay organized and keep priorities straight when the dock gets busy.
- You communicate clearly across teams and flag problems early instead of letting them slide.
- You take ownership of your area and hold a high standard for accuracy and housekeeping.
