Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Write and update behavior support plans using evidence-based strategies
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs
• Lead parent trainings and caregiver consultations
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote continuity of care
• Monitor client progress through data review and adjust programming as needed
• Ensure program fidelity and ethical implementation across services
• Assist clinic director with daily operations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Active or eligible for Behavior Analyst licensure in Kansas and Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
• Passion for working with children ages 2-10 and supporting families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
