INTRODUCTION

Liquid LP is building the credit infrastructure for alternative investments. We provide NAV-based loans against limited-partnership and general-partnership interests across private equity, private credit, venture, real estate, and hedge fund strategies, giving investors liquidity without requiring a sale of the underlying position. We are both a lending platform and neutral infrastructure: advisors and fund managers partner with Liquid LP to run liquidity programs for their clients. We pair a technology platform with disciplined, data-driven underwriting to move at a speed the traditional lending market does not. Liquid LP is backed by institutional capital partners and led by a team with deep experience across credit, specialty lending, and private markets.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Head of RIA & Family Office Sales will lead the firm's distribution effort and build a repeatable sales engine across its partner channels. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this person owns the firm's sales strategy and its execution, builds and leads the business-development function, and personally cultivates and closes the firm's most significant relationships.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute the firm's sales strategy across all partner channels, from pipeline development through close.
- Cultivate and close relationships with advisors, family offices, and fund managers, serving as a senior representative of the firm in the market.
- Partner closely with the underwriting and credit teams to align origination with the firm's credit standards, and route market signal (advisor objections, competitive intelligence, product gaps) back into the platform.
- Optimize the sales function's operating foundation: pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Five to seven years selling into the registered investment advisor and family-office channel.
- A background in one or more of: investment product distribution, fintech or enterprise B2B sales, private markets business development, or capital formation.
- An established network of advisor and family-office relationships, or a demonstrated ability to build one.
- Fluency in alternative investments and comfort engaging senior leadership on our products, structure, and strategy, including NAV, distributions, capital calls, and secondaries.
- A record of both individual production and building or leading a sales function.
- Exceptional communication skills and sound professional judgment.

COMPENSATION

Liquid LP offers a competitive base salary, uncapped performance-based commission, milestone bonuses for standing up each partner program, and equity participation. Commission is tied to new advisory relationships and origination volume. As the leader who builds this channel from the ground up, you will share directly in the value you create, through both commission and equity. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
