- Conduct the hiring process
1. Coordinate and conduct interviews
2. Coordinate with HR for Background checks and Assessments
3. Setup appointments for drug screens and alcohol testing
- Prepare and conduct annual reviews for supervisors
- Oversee the Supervisors prepare and conduct 90 day and annual reviews for their personnel
- Enforce Policies Write review and enforce policies and procedures for warehouse operations
- Develop Weekly department status report and monthly scorecard
- Develop Semi-annual department goal reviews
- Maintain the reorganization of the warehouse marking system
- Training Oversee Training Processes: Pathguide Latitude WMS, Receiving, Stocking, Scratch & Dent
- Oversee Outbound freight Operations
