How you’ll contribute
An Executive Administrative Assistant who excels in this role:
- Performs a variety of duties to support administration of the assigned department(s).
- Reports to the CEO.
- Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.
- Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.
- Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Maintains assigned calendar(s).
- Maintains files and office equipment.
- Orders and stocks supplies.
- Assists CEO with Physician Recruitment
- Acts as contract administrator for the facility; using MediTract to maintain, track and update files as needed.
- Acts in the role of Patient Advocate for the facility
What we’re looking for
Education:
- High school diploma or is equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Schedule: PRN (as needed)
This position does not have a set weekly schedule. You’ll be called in to work when extra help is needed—such as covering for someone, handling busy periods, or filling gaps in the schedule. Hours can vary from week to week, and there’s no guaranteed hours.
